Cook N Class: Fish Dish

 Quick Fish Dish

This week has been particularly hectic!  This is why I stock up on these babies: Hatch Chili Crusted Tilapia or Herb Crusted Salmon. I found these at HEB for $5.00 a pack. There are 2 fillets per pack, which is perfect for my hubby and me. You can take them straight from the freezer and into the oven and in 20 minutes, dinner is served! I like to serve this with yellow rice and green side, usually asparagus, but this week it was squash.

These fish packs are a bit spicy, I have been meaning to cut them up one night and serve them as fish tacos. I just keep forgetting to buy cabbage and corn tortillas, maybe next week.

The packs are also available in Cod, but I did not like it. The texture of the fish was weird.

So if you are walking around the freezer aisle at HEB, look into one of the freezers for these fish packs!
