Potatoes

One of our main go to side dishes is garlic and rosemary potatoes. They are easy to make but they do take about 45 minutes to cook. These potatoes can go well with chicken, fish, steak or be served alone. My family really enjoys them anytime. They are even good as a side dish with breakfast.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of small new red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
4-6 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Cut potatoes into half or quarters, depending on the size of potatoes. In a large bowl mix the oil, garlic, and rosemary together. Mix the potatoes with the mixture till they are well coated. Transfer the potatoes onto a shallow baking sheet and place them in the oven. Roast the potatoes until they are tender. Take them out if the oven and they are ready to serve.
