Pepperoni Pizza Bake

It has been a tough week and sometimes I like to borrow recipes from Pillsbury.  One recipe that my family really enjoys is the Pepperoni Pizza Bake.  It is an easy recipe and it sure does make my house smell yummy!  Here is the recipe for you to enjoy.

Prep time:  10 min

Cook time 40 min

Ingredients 4

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated original biscuits

1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce

2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

16 slices pepperoni (1 1/2 inch)

Steps

Step 1:  Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces; toss with pizza sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.

Step 2:  Spread in sprayed 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Top with pepperoni and     remaining 1 cup cheese.

Step 3: Bake at 375°F 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Take out of the oven and enjoy!
